At ChaseBOX, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because Funko items are collectible products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure product quality and authenticity for all customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, but only under the following conditions:
You may request a return/refund if:
• The item has a manufacturing defect.
• The wrong product was shipped.
We do not accept returns for:
• Opened, unboxed, or used items.
• Items with damaged packaging caused after delivery.
• Funko products with minor paint variations or small imperfections, as these are common in mass-produced collectibles.
• Change of mind, duplicate orders, or buyer’s remorse.
• Sale, clearance, or limited-edition items.

2. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund, the item must be:
• Unused and in its original condition.
• Returned with the original box, packaging, inserts, and any included accessories.
• Free from odors, dirt, or damage not caused by manufacturing.
ChaseBOX reserves the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet the above conditions.

3. Return Process
To request a return:
1. Contact us via WhatsApp: 13622027 within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and a clear photo/video of the issue.
3. Our team will assess the request and confirm eligibility.
If approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return the item.

3.5 Return Pickup Fee
If your return request is approved and you choose courier pickup, a 1.500 BD pickup fee will be charged for the courier to collect the return item.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the item is returned and inspected.
• Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where ChaseBOX shipped the wrong item.

5. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible only if the product is:
• Defective
• Incorrect
If the same item is unavailable, a refund will be provided instead.

6. Non-Returnable Items
For quality and authenticity reasons, the following cannot be returned:
• Funko products with opened boxes
• Limited editions, chases, exclusives, or numbered items
• Sale or promotion items
• Mystery boxes or blind box items

7. Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged due to courier handling:
• You must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos/videos of both the item and the shipping box.
We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
